THQ and AKI to Cooperatively Make and Release a Next Generation WWE Game sign now

This is a petition that is meant to reflect the enormous demand by the video game consumers around the world that are desperately hoping and wishing for THQ and AKI to iron out their differences, compromise with each other and comply to each others needs and cooperatively release a new WWE Wrestling game that TRULY follows in the footsteps of the following AWARD WINNING GAMES:

WCW vs. nWo: World Tour (November1997, THQ & AKI, N64)
WCW vs. nWo: Revenge (November 1998, THQ & AKI, N64)
WWF Wrestlemania 2000 (November 1999, THQ & AKI, N64)
WWF No Mercy (November 2000, THQ & AKI, N64)

Many gamers around the world were left hanging after the release of WWF No Mercy on the Nintendo 64 game console, hoping for a TRUE SEQUEL to this game that would become the next edition to the series, and naturally the best wresting game ever if the trend of improvements to the awesome FIGHTING ENGINE (The #1 reason many consider No Mercy the best WWF/E wrestling game ever, and continue to play it often and enjoy it to this day, is the intuitive and solid game engine and control scheme! NOTE TO BOTH THQ AND AKI: It is the ENGINE that SOLD this Game, NOT the WWF/E LICENSE!!!!) And to the already abundant game features and options (Story Mode, Match Types, Multiplayer Player Options, and an EXCELLENT and VERY DEEP Create-a-Super Star Mode!)

The closest we have come to see this wish come true was the release of Wrestlemania XIX on the Nintendo Game Cube. The Game Engine was almost identical to what we last saw in WWF No Mercy, except there was some tweaking done. It seems that additions to the Engine were made at the cost of losing some classic in depth moves such as Tree of Woe for example. Additions to the engine were most welcome; such as being able to string together combinations of strikes or grapples was great, but the way the weak grapples were modified actually allowed only for a smaller menu of moves to be executed. This hurt the depth of the game play.

In short, the consensus on many of the wrestling game boards online (such as www.IGN.com or www.GameSpot.com) is that if WMXIX had a CARBON COPY PORT of the FULL No Mercy Fighting Engine plus the new features added in WMXIX, with WWF RAW 2s Graphics Engine, and all of the extra Edit-a-Super Star, Create-a-Super Star, and Create-an-Entrance options of both WMXIX and WWE RAW 2 (ripped entrance music being an X-Box Exclusive) and added to the fact that in No Mercy each superstar had FOUR SELECTABLE ATTIRES and INDIVIDUAL CREATED WRESTLERS could be saved to and from Memory Cards (which was NOT included in RAW 2, a HUGE flaw for multiplayer action at a friends house), you would most likely have the best WWE Wrestling Game, EVER, and plenty of truly satisfied fans and gamers, along with all the empty store shelves theyll leave behind when every last copy is sold.

It is up to the BOTH of you, THQ and AKI, to make this possible and make your fans happy!!!!
A Game like this sold across all the next generation consoles will be an instant hit and make you lots of $$$$!!!!
And renew your (THQ, this means you!) credibility with wrestling games on the X-Box and make your Game Cube fans even happier!!!!
