The anti-DRM sign now

We, The Undersigned, oppose the use of DRM (Digital Rights Management) in all intrusive forms. Furthermore, we believe that if DRM is obtrusive, it should be allowed to be broken, providing a copyright violation is not broken.

Intrusive, here means :
a) inhibits the ability to make use of the content for legitimate owners of the content, or
b) requires a constant connection to the Internet to make use of the content, or
c) introduces an unfair limit on how and when the content may be used or
d) violates the privacy of the user of the content.

Furthermore, we believe that measures should be taken to limit the intrusiveness of DRM within any type of digital media, including but not limited to audio, video, text or video games.
