Termination of Y!Tunnel and Y!TunnelPro sign now

We, the undersigned, have mutually joined together and agreed that Yahoo! Inc., Rackshack.net, and paying and/or non-paying advertisement companies/individuals displayed within the Yahoo! Messenger chat client should take further immediate action to terminate the use, connection, distribution and/or sale of Y!Tunnel and Y!TunnelPro written and copyrighted by Chet Simpson. Y!Tunnel and Y!TunnelPro both disrupt the the Yahoo! Messenger chat client service and many of its features. Y!TunnelPro blocks the advertisements within Yahoo! Messenger which are a source of revenue and also has proven to give a false sense of security from "booting, lagging, and flooding" as described into more detail on the official webpage displaying these programs for sale and download. You can view these features of Y!TunnelPro at http://www.ytunnelpro.com/features.php which gives a user of Yahoo! Messenger a false sense of security from these threats within the Yahoo! Messenger chat service. On the listed webpage, http://www.rackshack.net, the site which hosts http://www.ytunnelpro.com, it clearly states in the Rackshack.net Terms of Service in Term 12, Part C there is an effective and important notice stating, "BEGINNING IMMEDIATELY, anyone hosting websites or services on their server that support spammers or cause any of our IP space to be listed in any of the various Spam Databases will have their server immediately removed from our network." For example, Y!TunnelPro will spam a public chat room by advertising a chat client constructed by Chet Simpson called "UberChat" upon entering the room. This use of spam deceives the Yahoo! Messenger user(s) to join and pay for a chat client service being produced by Chet Simpson which is an alternative to Yahoo! Messenger and/or other chat client services and is being advertised as a chat client service that monetarily profits Chet Simpson, creator of Y!Tunnel and Y!TunnelPro. Not only does the text change when using Y!TunnelPro for the chat room description status, the advertisements displayed are either terminated completely from the Yahoo! Messenger chat client while the Y!Tunnel or Y!TunnelPro application(s) are running or they are modified to the liking of Chet Simpson. This includes the insertion of advertisements for his personal chat client service currently under development by him in place of either the paid/non-paying advertisements that are initially supposed to be displayed in governed by Yahoo! Incorporated. In relation to the advertisements that are blocked by Y!TunnelPro, the following few advertisers are websites and companies and/or individuals that advertise on Yahoo! Messenger that are blocked by Y!TunnelPro: http://www.american-wedding.com, http://www.propecia.com/propecia/cns/home.html, http://regman.freeze.com/survey/rainforest/index.asp?s=rainforest&amp\%3bf=yah2menuNchat, NetFlex, NetZero, CitiBank, and Weight Watchers. These are just some of the advertisements that Y!TunnelPro terminates or modifies. We, the undersigned, also want to stress that we will in fact cancel ALL paid services to Yahoo if nothing is done to stop the sale, connection and/or use of Y!Tunnel from working with upcoming builds of Yahoo! Messenger. We, the undersigned, also want to stress the fact that we will also be contacting the companies/individuals that advertise within the Yahoo! Messenger chat client service. We will be informing them of the situation and how Y!Tunnel is blocking the advertisements that they pay large amounts of money to advertise within the Yahoo! platform. It has come to our attention that many of these companies are not yet aware of the Y!Tunnel and Y!TunnelPro software nor do they understand that their advertisements are being blocked and/or modified by Y!TunnelPro. If you are a United States citizen, this conflicts with your rights of advertisement. These companies/individuals should receive the service they pay for and we, the undersigned, believe that these companies/individuals advertising within Yahoo! Messenger should get the services promised by Yahoo! Incorporated in relation to the Yahoo! Messenger chat client service. Also, we, the undersigned, will be will also be boycotting UberChat, the chat client being developed by Chet Simpson, due to Chet Simpsons termination and/or modification of advertisements within Yahoo! Messenger to advertise his own personal chat client service. The companies/individuals contacted will also include, but not be limited, to the Yahoo! Auctions supported by http://www.ebay.com and eBay, Incorporated in general and as a whole unless serious action is taken on the part of Yahoo! Inc., Rackshack.net, and/or the paid/non-paying companies/individuals whose advertisements are displayed within Yahoo! Messenger to terminate the connection, use, distribution, and/or sale of Y!Tunnel and Y!TunnelPro created and copyrighted by Chet Simpson.
