We, the undersigned fans of the Chicago Bears, would like to petition the owner of the Chicago bears Virginia McCaskey and head Coach Lovie Smith, to consider the termination of offensive coordinator Terry shea. We as fans believe that he is the only weak link on the team and should be released. We feel that we need new blood to call our offensive plays for 2005-06 seasons as Terry Shea has failed the team and its fans and the city of Chicago
