Stop unfair repeal of time for animals in shelters sign now

Governor Schwarzenegger:
How does repealing the amount of time an animal stays in a shelter benefit and make California a better place? Why the urgency to put the animals down so fast? Many California governors before you have had no issue with it so why do you take issue when there are greater problems facing our state?
It is unfair to pass law that repeals the time for animals at local animal shelters because now you have given ZERO chance for a potential pet to find a new home. Owners who are missing a pet have also been robbed of precious time. It sometimes takes a couple days to find a lost pet. Please reconsider and give these poor animals the time needed in order to find new homes.
