Stop Big Corporations from running credit reports on prospective employees to determine their integrity and character, and employee worthiness sign now

We the working people of the United States of America who don't make a ton of money, ask that these big corporations stop using credit reports as a factor in hiring new employee's. A good credit score should not and can not determine a person's integrity, and character. The people who have decided to start doing this for the most part are empty suits who have never been in a situation where they were laid off during a recession, or never been in a situation where they had to live paycheck to paycheck. A credit report is in no way indicative of a persons work ethic,or their dependability as as employee. This is a form of racism. If a corporation decided not to hire somebody because they are black, then what they are saying is a persons color determines their integrity and employee worthiness. That is something most people think is not true. What is the difference in not hiring someone with a good work record because he is black, and not hiring someone with a good work record and less than perfect credit? It's completely outrageous. A credit report should be used only for credit reasons. Mortgages,car loans, and so forth. A credit report does not indicate any character flaws and for that matter what kind of a tenant a person is. This credit report business has gotten way out of control. We ask that you congress try to forget that you make more money than most people like us will ever dream of making. This may be fair when you make your salary but when you work hard and have a family to support and lay offs or pay cuts happen, It's completely unfair
