Standard HTML AOL Profiles sign now

For years, AOLs(America Online) idea of a profile has been found to be severely lacking by many of the AOL members of the roleplaying community, and surely others as well. As far back as 4.9 and possibly before, AOL has set itself against our creative machine back to and before the era of profiles when coloryourprofyle.com was often a widely-used html coding resource site for profiles and back to the days of ASCII art entered into the profile via a certain Spell-Checker trick. Now in the days of the huge profile upheaval that came along with 9.0, we find yet again another road block to our creativeness. HTML profiles are frequent, but limited in the way of variance. Making said profiles is a long and frustrating process and often takes knowledge of complex coding.

The wishes of the undersigned is to hope that AOL will listen to the suggestions of their paying customers and put a halt to all of these unnecessary measure taken against standard HTML in profiles and alleviate the restrictions upon our creativity as well as allow AOL to be as customizable as they state it is.
