Should Internet Day become an International Holiday sign now

October 29, 1969

This will forever go down as the day the Internet was invented. Most people do not know this date. Unfortunately, in this world, we celebrate much more meaningless days as holidays such as Halloween. We here at TheInternetDay.com believe that we should all celebrate something that has had an immense impact on our world and the way we live, sort of like New Years or Christmas.
We wish to establish October 29th as a new International Holiday where people can celebrate the creation of the most widely used tool for business, pleasure, and information. We all appreciate the Internet, so why not take one measly day to commemorate it. We celebrate more ridiculous holidays.
