Second Life Stabilisation sign now

The game Second Life is a thriving environment for creativity and interaction, and is a quickly growing virtual world system.

However, it is also a platform that copes very poorly with updates and patches, as a single update can force the entire world to be inaccessible to over a hundred thousand residents, many of whom are paying premium user fees for the experience, or paying for the land on which they have built their creations.
Recently the updates have been very frequent, and few of them have been fixing the slew of bugs that remain in the game, known bugs that are repeatedly reported and make the experience of the game considerably worse. The economy of the game (linked to real-life funds) is also still ailing, despite a number of relatively minor measures by Linden Labs to slow its decline.

This petition then is to ask LL in all seriousness to stop what they are doing, and to sit down and consider the state of affairs. It also recommends them to put all new features on hold, and instead of putting in new things that will invariably introduce new bugs, to instead concentrate on bug-fixing and stabilising the economy.
Once the majority of existing bugs have been fixed, and the economy is showing positive growth (or is at least remaining as it is) THEN it will be a suitable time to start adding in new features again. As it is, adding features while leaving bugs is making things worse, and seems to suggest an ego-centric development path (adding what LL wants) rather than a customer/resident focused one as it should be. They need to realise than 99\% of residents will be happy with an update containing no new features if it fixes a large number of bugs instead.

This petition asks LL to stabilise the game before going any further with it's development, as it will be better for everyone in the long-run.
