SBIT Prepaid Refund Petition sign now

To all SBIT students,

There has been some growing concerns with the current changes of SBIT managed by the University of Portsmouth. This is the topic for only the top up Masters Degree level. The changes has been the following:

1. Changes of 2 intakes per year
2. Changes of IELTS requirement
3. Changes of increase in payment for Masters Degree Level

We are having a petition for those students who wishes to have thier prepaid amount to be refunded otherwise for them to continue into Masters level, they will need to top up the difference of the prepaid amount due to the increase of payment by UoP.

Sept 2009 and March 2010 cohort
MSc Student Fee 1,600

Sept 2010 and March 2011 cohort
MSc Student Fee 2,100

Basically those students who has prepaid 900 for the Masters level and wanting to continue study in Sept09, the student will need to top up another 700. Otherwise the student will need to top up 1,200 to register in Sept10. Furthermore the UoP has decided on "no refunds" policies for all prepaids into Masters level.

Kindly give your opinions below and any comments you want to leave behind.
