Say No to the no-erb online petition sign now

Dear Alumnus

Rambo and many of us have been part of the Executive Council 2004-2006.
We started off with forming committees and action plans. Very soon we
found Rambo accusing Chennaites. I was puzzled as I was new and had no
idea what was happening.

He has accused each and every one of the Executive Council member of
being dishonest, conspiring etc at one point or the other. We were all
taken aback and bent our back to make sure one of our members do not get
left out. Finally one after the other most projects fell apart.

He was an active part of most decisions in EC. Yet before the ink dried,
he walked away from each one of them and accused somebody or everybody
of conspiring. He foisted the two EGMs on the Association and delayed
our laying down office by 6 months. Now he is trying to disrupt the AGM
too.

The Alumni at large are witness to the multiple somersaults and wild
accusations Rambo has made without any substantiation in the EGM and
Discussion groups. You are also witness to the multiple, patient
postings from Prof Sriram trying to correct facts being distorted by
Rambo.

I fervently request you to vote him down and allow time for the AA
recoup and work again.

(I sincerely hope all the other EC members who have withdrawn into a
shell by the barrage of unjust accusations and have been witness to the
destruction he has wrecked on the AA, make similar appeal, at least now.
It is time to stand up and be counted.)

By signing this petition, we call on the alumni association to reject the scrap-erb petition that is being circulated by 'rambo' ramchander. Heck, that 'other' petition cannot even spell 'engineered' right. The right way to deal with the entire issue is to have a motion introduced at a general body meeting. The online petition itself is quite meaningless in that sense. By signing here, we are registering our opinion against the scrap-erb petition.
