Running Start Princeton sign now

Running Start is a non-partisan non-profit organization dedicated to inspiring young women to strive for leadership positions, especially in politics. As I envision it, the Princeton branch would bring speakers to campus to hold talks and workshops aimed at Princeton women who are interested in leadership in general and/or political leadership in particular. These speakers would also serve a crucial mentoring function. Once the workshop and mentoring program has been established on campus, we would consider putting the skills taught to use by reaching out to local high schools, where members of Princetons Running Start branch would themselves mentor high school girls who aspire to extracurricular leadership.
