The Peoples actions against Ronan Reilly who opposed the Black Mass music festival that was to be held at the Newtown RSL, Sydney, are non-sensical, pointless and are in conflict with:

Article 33 of the Defamation Act 2005

"Defence of triviality
It is a defence to the publication of defamatory matter if the defendant proves that the circumstances of publication were such that the plaintiff was unlikely to sustain any harm. "

Rule 4.1 r of the RSL constitution:

"(r) To make, amend and repeal By-Laws pursuant to the Rules."

The peoples actions are both trivial and reactionary.
