Rights of Asian migrant workers in Saudi Arabia sign now

I would like to urge Saudi government to implement the right of the Asian migrant workers right to protect their welfare and working conditions abide by recent declaration of Gulf Cooperation Council in Abu Dhabi in presence of International humanitarian organizations in most of the privately owned company and government company as below:
- All the Asian migrant workers basic salary should be not below the range of S.R. 800.00 ( Eight hundred Riyals)with overtime pay.
- Standard working regular hour shift should be 8 regular hour shift and more than that will be considered as overtime hour.
- They should provided with good accomodation condition and food allownce.
- Saudi government should introduced workers welfare fund and insurance policy in the time of accident and serious sickness occur to the workers and compensate through these measures.
- There should be special task force to formed for monitoring and check all the issue concerning exploitation, abuses, ill facility provide to the workers by his employers.
- there should be stop recruiting of illegal workers as this is the main concern of exploitation and abuses as there are no legal documentation for these workers.
- Those who found guilty of workers abuses, exploitations, illegal recruitment should punished or take action by government authorities.
- The workers are not force to work if they are physically unfit or sick. As most of the privately owned company are doing so.
- All the workers should provide with good medical facilities and insurance policy to provide treatment they need.
- All the contract signed by the workers should approve by labor ministry officials abide by Abu Dhabi GCC accord.
- Special task force team can exercise or check suspicious activities in any company without any interuption.
- After they are working long period in company then they should provided with gratuty or special fund during their departure.
- Company cannot terminate any workers in irrational manner or another rationale unless he or she involved in serious crime or illegal activities based on physical evidence not by partial terms.
- If any of the workers are found victim of partiality in favor of promotion or benefit then these responsible official for such act should be taken action.
- Company management should take action or punished workers in based on proper investigation not in verbal or partial terms.
- All the rights and facilities should provide or entitled to every Asian guest workers as according to government policy.
- They should be provided with air travel fare during vacation through company itself.
- All the medical examination fee and Iqama renewal fee should be bear by company or employers.
- Workers are provided with good transport facility to reach workplace if it is in long distance.
