Revive Xena sign now

To the many people and companies that make quality television,

In recent years, many new shows have sprung into existence. Theses shows require no professional input that can be seen onscreen and are made solely for a quick boost in the companies cash income flow.

However, many people also enjoy television that has been professionally scripted, developed and created. A show like Xena: Warrior Princess showed the viewing public that the entire crew behind the shows creation, development and production were of the utmost high standards, which appeal to the viewers idealistic fantasies of Myth and Legend of ancient times past and Warriors and Heroes that fought for the greater good. Not to mention the lust for fantasy and fiction; of which was so closely woven into true history, many viewers of Xena grew to believe this was a real re-enactment of historic events.

Quality television that works to evoke the vast emotional library of its viewers, are surely not shows to be forgotten. They will be missed. In fact, the name Xena can not be said without the many fans and casual viewers reminiscing on the show and the engaging events occurring in the Xena world. The highs and lows of the show took the public on a journey into another time. This was a time of the perfect warrior who could even be revived from the dead to battle her foes. Of course, there were many other characters that influenced the ancient world, thus having a lasting effect on the shows appeal; that is, those characters such as the almighty gods and the significant sidekicks Gabrielle and Joxer The Mighty, enhanced the atmospheric realm where everyday was an adventure or the last battle of Good versus Evil.

I believe Xena: Warrior Princess had only reached its prime when it suddenly came to an end. The actors involved were of many talents, but it was here on Xena that they shone brighter than any star.
This show deserves the credit the public generates for it. Do not frown on the time that has passed, for it has only shown that the need for Xena is greater than ever.

Please consider a revival, you never know if a show can be revived this far on if it has never been tried before. And with fans still wishing, longing for this specific show and the actors not ashamed of the show that gave them household names, the possibility of ratings is as high as the effort used to make it publicly aware.

Push for anything that could recreate the Xena world and thus continue its adventures. The show was a huge success as would it be again, however Made For TV movies would also continue the show in a way that could fundamentally alter the format of the show and drive it in exciting new directions. Many things are possible, we are showing our support, now its your decision to push for this slice of quality to once again brighten the small screen and rejuvenate television appeal to your viewers.
