We, the home-owners and residents of Pasquinelli & Portrait Homes Communities, hereby petition for the right to display furnishings, flowers, flags and the like on the front of our homes without penalty. As citizens of the United States of America, we demand this right and freedom in our own neighborhoods. The act of forbidding its residents of expressing themselves through non-offensive and tasteful items that are not a certain make or color is downright unAmerican, and as citizens of this great land of FREEDOM, we expressly disagree with such regulations. By signing this petition, you, the home-owner or resident of a Pasquinelli & Portrait Home, hereby express your displeasure and outrage at being denied the RIGHT to express your individuality by displaying what you like outside your home.
