Requesting NBA games on free tv sign now

If NBC, Fox, CBS can show NFL football every week during the regular season, why can't they show weekly NBA games all throughout the regular NBA season? Why should NBA fans be shortchanged? Why should they have to rely on expensive cable only to see games? Why should they have to wait until late December to see nba action on free tv and then only get the games once in a while? It is not fair. We NBA fans must change this.
