Radford Recycling sign now

Radford is a city which changes constantly: at its heart is Radford University, which welcomes new members to its community annually. Yet in many ways, the city of Radford does not change. This is most visible in policy, implemented by the city's decision-makers, who have chosen not to fund improvements to Radford's recycling program.

The city of Radford cannot write off the significance of conservation. Make recycling accessible to every citizen; implement a curbside recycling program. Improve current facilities. Let us improve Radford as we grow.

Radford has to change with the times this is one way that it can change and move toward a more positive future. We are aproaching peak oil so it would be in our best interest to do as much as wwe can to help out our environment.
