Publish Tolkien's remaining "Great Tales" sign now

This is a matter that I hope would attract the attention of the Tolkien Estate;it deals with the Elder Days' "Great Tales".
I hereby plead the concerning parties to seriously take in consideration the possible prospect of editing and publishing the remaining of J.R.R. Tolkien's "Three Great Tales":The Fall of Gondolin and The Lay of Leithian. With the successful outcome of "The Children of Hurin" I sincerely believe that another such enterprise(actually 2) will,if not complete the Middle-earth legendarium cycle, draw us,open eyes dreamers, closer to Tolkien's definition of mythopoeia.

Tolkien Estate has claimed that because of the unfinished and unpolished state of the concerning manuscripts an endeavour of this type is close to unlikely.Although the material sources from which "The Children of Hurin" were forged are more complex and developed than the other two, there is also material available for the close to completion of "The Fall of Gondolin" and "The Lay of Leithian".As such, I believe that an independent work can be released based solely on what we found in the "Unfinished Tales" and "The Book of Lost Tales".
If the Silmarillion s story of Gondolin is made up of only 10 pages that were originally drawn from the 70+ pages that weve read in The Book of Lost Tales, then we can assume that a wider interpretation/editing can be achieved, also using the Unfinished Tales chapter. As for the story of Beren and Luthien I dont think theres need mentioning the sheer size of what was written of it(although in poem-like form) and how much it ended up in the Sil.
I understand that there is somewhat of a fear of adding and modifying too much to what was already established in different manuscripts, but I onestly believe in Mr. Christopher Tolkiens editorial and literary abilities to draw certain incomplete narrative aspects to an almost completed form.

I deeply wish for Mr. Christopher Tolkien to again take the pen in his hand and continue his late fathers dream weavering path. There are so many avid Tolkien readers out there who deserve nothing less than to continue on that road that goes forever on and on
