Pro-Legal Immigration, Pro-Border Enforcement and Pro-Immigration Law Enforcement sign now

I believe the United States of America was created, formed and birthed from immigrants. I believe that over time laws were created to protect the citizens (by birth or naturalization) and legal residents of this country from an uncontrolled influx of immigrants. I believe these laws were passed by our State and Federal legislative branches, to ensure the freedoms guaranteed through the Constitution, Bill of Rights, Declaration of Independence and other laws and ordinances to all citizens (by birth or naturalization)and legal residents, both current and future.

I believe Will Durant was correct when he said a great civilization is not conquered from without until it has destroyed itself from within. I believe the absence of laws or the lack of enforcement of laws that do exist is one way a civilization erodes from within. I believe countries are defined in part by their borders and the enforcement of their laws. I believe America is a melting pot of multiple cultures, races and nationalities. I believe that the assimilation of these cultures, races and nationalities is what makes America beautiful. I believe that although an immigrant should be encouraged to learn how to read and speak English, that it is important to ALL immigrants to remember and celebrate where they come from and languages they speak.

I believe schools are overburdened partially due to illegal aliens. I believe unemployment is higher due to illegal aliens. I believe illegal aliens take employment at lower pay rates then Americans and legal residents. I believe that welfare resources are overburdened due to illegal aliens. I believe housing costs for rental and purchase are elevated due to the presence of illegal aliens. I believe the closing of several hospitals and emergency rooms due to financial burdens, is in part due to illegal aliens.

I believe the government of Mexico, bound by the Treaty of Guadalupe Hidalgo dated February 2, 1848, has no say about immigration law enforcement. I believe Mexico violates its own opinion of how the United States of America should enforce immigration law, by enforcing the southern border of Mexico and detaining illegal aliens in detention camps.

I believe HR4437 doesnt criminalize illegal aliens, as they are already criminals who have violated immigration law by entering and remaining in the United States of America illegally. I believe immigration reform begins with current immigration law enforcement. I believe both of the major democratic parties, Republican and Democrat, are failing to enforce current immigration law against the better interests of the people of the United States of America. I believe they pander to illegal alien populace for the interest of Corporate America (low cost employees) and future voter constituents.

I believe the unanswered growth of illegal entry by aliens is NOT an issue of immigration, but an issue of those aliens bypassing immigration law. I DO believe the lack of enforcement of immigration laws with illegal aliens of a specific race or fortuitous geographical location of country of origin, makes this a RACIAL ISSUE. I believe ALL aliens that are within the borders of the United States of America illegally (undocumented), need to be treated EQUALLY in regards to immigration law enforcement.
