PETITION TO PREVENT RESIDENTIAL APARTMENT MAFIA MANAGERS
We the voting citizens of the United States of America agree to the following legal statements and requests for new legislation by digitally signing below:-
LEGAL PROBLEM:-
1) Nearly All U.S.A. Residential Apartment Managers are guilty of negligence, stealing, selling drugs, violence, riots, raids, and/or misappropriation of monies. They are usually given free rental apartments to use as tenants, without the professionalism/skill of property managers, bookkeepers, record keepers, repair men, mediators, secretaries, housekeepers, maintenance men, and/or registered/certified security guards. Many of these abilities can be decided by the Landlords staff or outside contractors, but the knowledge of legal self defense, processing, or documenting of communities mafia activity and temptations requires the immediate attention of the Residential Apartment Manager, because of the instantaneous nature that communities organized crime presents to apartment tenants and managers. Residential Apartment Managers and tenants are daily tempted to do/support any/all criminal/illegal acts by bums, hobos, whores, pimps, bootleggers, drug addicts/distributors, Police raids, unwanted visitors/invaders, and/or false business transactions of rent payment, without proper documentation.
PREVENTION of RESIDENTIAL APARTMENT MAFIA MANAGERS:-
1) Create a National Law, which prevents every Apartment Rental Landlord from giving a free apartment to his/her Residential Apartment Manager or hiring him/her without being a state registered/licensed security guard to daily thoroughly document the above legal problems and secure the Landlords apartment building and surrounding property including tenants.
The tenant as Residential Apartment Manager must prove he/she wants to live in the Landlords apartment by paying the same rent for it as a non employee would. The giving of a free apartment, which is not earned supports/justifies greed and overpowering in the tenant as Residential Apartment Manager, because he/she tends to believe that they deserve/possess something for nothing better than the other tenants from the Landlord, and these freeloaders take advantage of both tenants and Landlords ignorance/weaknesses that are not criticized, which further supports this same attitude of something for nothing or not caring to earn a safe development of Landlord's/tenants' property. Landlords find it difficult to maintain quality Residential Apartment Managers this way, because the replacements are treated with similar principles with inadequate knowledge/documentation of wrongdoings and prevention of mafia activity, including taking mafia monies to do/support poor work or illegal activity. This causes incorrect measurements of the needs of the apartment building and tenants, which the communities mafias quickly learn to observe/tempt to worsen.
State Registered/Licensed Security Guards can be easily complained about, disciplined/fired, and/or replaced through their Sercurity Company, State Regulatory Bureaucracy- for example the CA Bureau of Security and Investigative Services(BSIS), Landlord, Prosecuting Attorney with ultimate facts of probable/connected evidence to crime/felony, and/or Civil lawyers to process suits/torts, because of their certification/standards of legal ability/skill to protect tenants plus the Landlords property as the apartment building including its surrounding grounds or parking lots and State Registered/Licensed security guards must daily document any/all their activities as written reports/forms submitted to their Security Company and available to the Landlord upon request, otherwise the entire Security Company could be easily fired and/or disciplined by the State Regulatory Bureaucracy.
Documentation of any/all observable apartment buildings mafia problems would give the Landlord an ability to safeguard his interests in the quality of his/her apartment building to support the quality of life of his tenants without unnecessary expense.
Most tenants, including the Residential Apartment Manager rely on the masses/authorities for support/leadership, regardless of the negligence they witness, otherwise they move out of that apartment. This allows many levels of crime into these communities, because of the accumulated ignorance/lack of legal process, which requires a basic understanding of the English language and self-defense law to complain thoroughly to legal authorities. Too many communities physically deteriorate, because of this negligence/ignorance of physical maintenance, which requires a basic understanding of the English language and self-defense law to gain self knowledge/education of personal/retail property maintenance/quality.
