Please help me have this sex offender removed from my neighborhood sign now

I recently had a sexual offender move into my neighborhood in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. His name is Phillip J. Roth and he now lives within 3 blocks of my home, within 2 blocks of a park, and within a few blocks of 2 elementary schools. Parents will not let their children play outside anymore because of this man. He was sentenced to 18 years in prison for sexually assaulting a 14-year-old boy and a 9-year-old girl. The neighborhood he lives in now has children at every corner. You can't go anywhere without seeing a child. Several of the mothers in the area have already started petitions to have him removed, but I have not heard enough about it, so I am starting my own. Please, please, please sign this petition to have Phillip J. Roth removed from my neighborhood. He has high potential to re-offend and we don't want to risk having another child's life destroyed!!!
