Petition for Disbarment of the Attorneys advocating deceptive practice towards qualified U.S. citizens sign now

June 26, 2007

Dear the representatives of the law firm Cohen & Grigsby,

I have seen the video posted on YouTube ( www.youtube.com/watch?v=TCbFEgFajGU ) by the group ( www.youtube.com/user/programmersguild ) concerning the representatives of the law firm discussing candidly on preventing qualified & skilled U.S. citizens from obtaining gainful employment in promoting immigration to circumvent the law and pursue maximizing profits for the contracting employers & clients.

The people who advocate this policy in the video are accused of subverting the citizens right for the purpose of facilitating the treasonous activities according to the U.S. Constitution, particularly Fourteen Amendment, Section 1 and Article III, Section 3.

Theodore Roosevelt advocated Americanism as promulgated in the 1894 essay True Americanism. The attorneys and associate employees of the firm Cohen & Grigsby who affirm the opinion of the discussed topic as fact in regards to the treatment of qualified U.S. citizens are not only un-American but encourage treason towards the American sovereignty in economic welfare and national security.

If the law firm and its associates do not renounce the statement of the view that qualified U.S. citizen workers must be deceived with false hope and preclude the applicants with desirable skills confirmed in satisfactory educational background, work history and reference from gainful employment in the process, then American values stand for nothing except avarice and self-centeredness in the active blacklisting of qualified U.S. workers by deceit and other type of ethical violations.

Cohen & Grigsby Vice President of Marketing Lawrence M. Lebowitz, associate attorneys and employees licensed in law practice who are found to provide substantial affirmation of Lebowitzs statements will be sought by the petition to request disbarment.

This is not the matter of the First Amendment, but the breach of law ethics in the treatment of legitimate U.S. citizens that constitute profound disrespect towards the American republic in life, liberty and justice for all.
