Paramount should release full official Rugrats Season Sets, not Shout Factory sign now

Dear Paramount and Nickelodeon/TeenNick,

For at least a decade and a half, Rugrats was the "Nicktoon" and to be honest, to the 90's Nick fans/hardcore/mega-Rugrats fans, it still is, because this show did alot for Nickelodeon! It was one of the first Nicktoons, and it was the only one that managed to stay on for a long time, possibly the only Nicktoon that managed to stay on for a very long-time! It was on hiatus back in 1994 and so, but in the middle, in 1995 and 1996, the show had a few holiday episodes and they were a success! Plus, not to mention the fact that the repeats and the newer 1997-present episodes made Nickelodeon the number 1 kids network of the 1990s, and made Nickelodeon a household name, so much that they greenlit a movie introducing a new character back in 1997, I think, and was released in 1998! It was so successful, so they made 2 others, which didn't do as well as the original Rugrats movie, but still they were pretty decent!

Not to mention that the show started in 1991, and it was on for a very long time, until 2004, when Klasky Csupo Inc. got bankrupt and Nickelodeon ended production on nearly all of the Klasky Csupo shows, excluding All Grown Up(the Rugrats spinoff which shows us what their lives will be like if they ever aged) and it aired it's last episode in June 2004, which disappointed many fans such as myself!

I know that it's been a couple of years since Rugrats was airing new episodes on Nickelodeon, but alot of time has passed and you would think that there would be at least a couple of season-sets out, but however there hasn't! Nickelodeon and Paramount have been focusing their energy into making loads of SpongeBob merchandise/DVDs that they've completely forgotten about the show that truthfully made them successful, not that we hate SpongeBob or anything, the show was really smart, and a throwback to some of the earlier Nicktoons such as Rocko's Modern Life, and Ren and Stimpy, but since 2005, the show has been under new management and just hasn't been the same with Stephen Hillenburg in the directing chair! Although, a couple of Ren and Stimpy staff work on that show and are trying to save it, so that's pretty good!

In 2009, around the time Amazon released their DVR-ed versions of season-sets in an attempt to keep fans happy, they released seasons 1 and 2 on DVD, but season 2 wasn't even complete, and the DVDs hardly had any special-features or commentaries and the likes on it and it wasn't even official! It's now 2011, soon to be 2012, and some of the older Nicktoons are getting proper season sets by Shout! Factory, but however, I don't believe Shout! should be the ones to release Rugrats season sets, and here's why:

Rugrats was like the Simpsons of Nickelodeon! It was their longest-running animated show, and the second longest-running animated show on TV ever! It did so much for Nickelodeon, so much that they still manage to be a channel to this day! The show gained alot of viewers back in the 90's and early 2000s, the least you could do is release a couple of season sets!

All the fans want are DVD sets released by you with commentary by the Rugrats staff, maybe a few character commentaries, and a few bonus features, that's all! I mean look, you even released SpongeBob season sets from well, back when it was at the top of it's game, and Ren and Stimpy season sets! If you did that for those Nicktoons, then surely, you can do this for Rugrats! Hey, maybe even the DVD sales would do extremely well, that there could be new episodes!
