Opposition to Bumper Sticks used as means of identification for MHS Student cars sign now

The undersigned are opposed to having bumper stickers used as means of identification for MHS Student cars.

The following are some reasons as to why students are opposed to bumper stickers:
-They are troublesome to take off.

-Parents of a student could be opposed to putting a bumper sticker on a car that the family shares.

-Students might switch back and forth between two cars.

-Police will be able to spot student drivers, leading to age discrimination.

-Window tags will not be as affected by the elements as bumper stickers.

-Many other high schools and colleges use window tags. They meet less resistance from students because the tags are less permanent then bumper stickers. Students would be more cooperative if window tags were enforced verses bumper stickers.

Solutions:
-Revert back to the window tags - the window tags were more manageable and the majority of the student drivers already have them from last year

-Get stickers for the inside of the car, like the window. They are less obvious there, and less of an eyesore.
