No Third Reprieve for Twice Failed Asylum Seeker Pastor Daly sign now

We, the undersigned, are outraged that failed asylum seeker, African Pastor, Makielokele Nzelengi Daly and his family from Angola are refusing to leave Britain after two previous legally prepared asylum claim applications to stay in Britain were turned down by our judges who ruled that they have no right, or ever had, to stay in Britain.

Pastor Daly claims that he 'fled persecution from war torn Angola' and will be 'murdered' if he returns to Angola despite our Home Office ruling that Angola is a safe country.

Pastor Daly had his third court hearing into his third asylum appeal on 1 December 2006 and a decision will be made in 'three to four weeks time' as to whether or not he will be allowed to remain here.

Pastor Daly's appeal for staying in Britain is that he has resided in Britain for six years, also that he should stay here because the local asylum community 'rely on him for advice, support and spiritual healing'. Neither of these reasons are qualifications to claim asylum in any country. We, the citizens of Britain have had enough of Pastor Daly and his supporters' continuous hollow attempts to keep the Daly family here. He and his family are citizens of Angola, not Britain.

We, the undersigned, call upon Mr. John Reid, Home Secretary, and the Home Office to uphold the laws of Britain and ensure that Pastor Daly accepts our judges' decisions and returns to his own country. He has been legally represented at two fair court hearings and should accept the laws of our British courts and leave when legally told to do so.
