No COP 13 Requests sign now

Each year, the govornments of Nambia and South Africa submit COP 13 leopard requests to the United Nations. This is a qouta for how many leopards can be leagally killed to provide for "poaching" services (ivory extraction and skinning) that are exported. Under pressure, these govornments must withdraw these requests and save the leopard or the UN must not allow COP 13 requests.
