New Hours for BC Place Billboard sign now

We the undersigned believe that the BC Place LCD billboard, located on the Georgia Viaduct, should not be operated between the hours of 7:00 pm and 7:00 am. The newly installed screen is a disruption to normal day to day activities. The bright flashing lights flood into private homes, common areas and outdoor spaces well into the evening. A new schedule for this billboard is needed for the well being of its neighbors.

This sign should only be operational during daylight hours, since it is in a residential area.
