Make iTunes Stores International sign now

In the current world, wouldnt you say we have a global market? People from one country should be able to buy things from another, right? Well, this doesnt seem to apply to iTunes. Currently, most countries have their own iTunes stores (iTunes UK, iTunes Japan, ect), and if you live in one country you cant purchase music or other media files from the other stores. This wouldnt be a problem if all the stores had the same media, but that isnt the case. Some of its the same, but much of it isnt. You can access the store, as I have done many times with the UK store and look at things, but you cant actually download them. Its certainly a nuisance for people in the USA who cant buy foreign music, but it must be even more so for other countries. It wasnt until recently that you could buy any TV shows on iTunes UK. Does that seem fair to you?
This petitions goal is to alert iTunes (Apple Inc.) that people arent happy with this set up. They either need to make the store international (one big store) or have all the stores have the same capabilities and media. After all, shouldnt everyone in the world have access to the same entertainment?
