LeToya News Network and poor web etiquette sign now

After many years of harmony, your website has disrupted the calm. There are many LeToya Luckett websites online, but yours is the only one causing friction amongst LeToya fans by doing the following:

1. Unauthorised use of material.

You insist on lifting information and music from other LeToya websites without permission. You edited an official LeToya websites name from the music audio they had been sent exclusively, in an effort to make your website look better. You copied a draft petition from the same website, uploaded it to a petition website, and distributed the link like the petition had originated from you. Even worse, you copy and paste entire posts with the original screen name, and without prior permission, from this same website onto LNN, attempting to make your fanbase look bigger.

We ask that you stop unauthorised use of material without the authors permission. As soon as you write text it is copyrighted to you, so please refrain from infringing on our rights to our work. If you cannot credit the original sources, please remove their audio and posts from your website by Dec 31st 2009. For LeToyas sake, the petition may remain, but you must credit the original LeToya fansite it was posted on- we believe you regularly visit this website, so this information should not be hard to find.

2. False accusations.

A recent image online shows a comparison between LNN and a major LeToya fansite LO. The depiction of their website was wholly negative, and bordered on libel. You falsely accused said website of bullying, lies, bias and fraud.

We ask that you refrain from spreading rumours and insulting other websites without proof and evidence of your claims, or your actions may be illegal.

3. Posting unfounded rumours.

You recently posted that LeToya was being dropped by her record label, which turned out to be completely false. However, the news still spread across the blogosphere like it was fact. The source, your website, still has the incorrect post online for all to see. Being dropped by a record label can tarnish an artists future prospects.

We ask that you stop posting rumours unless they have been confirmed by LeToya, her management or LeToya fansites that verify their information first.

The LeToya News Network needs to stop unauthorised use of copyrighted material, libel, and anymore negative acts that might negatively affect the image of LeToya or your affiliates. The fans need to unite as one, not turn against older, more successful websites LeToya acknowledges on a regular basis.
