Justice for Paul Paginton sign now

Paul Paginton was sentenced to Life Imprisonment for the murder of his best friend in 1997.
The Home Office issued a recommend a term of 9 years.
Paul's original defence team at the trial handled the case badly. Professional evidence was presented to the defence barrister by leading forensic experts Keith Borer & Duncan Woods on the day of the trial which we believe would have cleared Paul of Murder and shown that the deceased in fact impaled himself accidentally on a shard of glass in a broken window. The barrister not only kept this vital evidence from Paul and the court but also told the forensic expert Keith Borer to take it out of his report.

Paul had a appeal hearing at the Royal Court of Justice in The Strand in London which was again thwarted by his new defence barrister again who persuaded Paul into changing his statement at the very last moment. This resulted in the forensic evidence from Keith Borer not being heard and so is still "fresh" evidence as it has never been explored or presented to any court. You can read about it here: www.blindjustice.co.uk ..There is a lot to read but everything from statements & transcripts is word for word with nothing added or taken away.
Paul has had several Parole Board hearings and has failed each time to win release. Their Psychologist reports say the same thing every time....that he presents a threat to the public yet they provide NO EVIDENCE to support this at ANY stage and all the evidence points to the contrary.

They also omit relevant facts that would favour his parole. Paul has now secured the services of one of the top solicitors who represents prisoners internally, Rikki Garg of Scott-Moncrieff Harbour & Sinclair.
We are of the strong opinion, given the tested evidence of Keith Borer & Duncan Woods, that a real miscarriage of justice has taken place.

Our Aim: To have the forensic evidence from Keith Borer Consultancy brought before the appeal court so it can be heard & examined properly on the basis that regardless of what has been said at any stage of his trial or the last appeal hearing, that if the new forensic evidence to be presented is compelling and more compelling than anything that was presented before then it should be heard and explored.
We believe that it should be heard as it is vital forensic evidence that can put right a miscarriage of justice.

The appeal court "shut the door" on any further appeal. This is due to the barrister at the appeal hearing verbally making Paul, who was then a frightened teenager, change his statement.

Paul has maintained his innocence from the very outset and having spoken to Keith Borer several times and studied his forensic evidence we are 110\% convinced that Paul is innocent.

Paul is now being represented by Glyn Maddocks of Gabb & Co Solicitors and we are seeking a barister who would look at the case on a Pro Bono basis.

Please sign our petition in order to help bring about a appeal hearing. Enough people have languished in prison in the UK who have been the victim of miscarriages of justice at the very least we should allow vital evidence to be heard and not discarded out of hand.
