Justice For Frank Wilkinson sign now

I believe that Frank Wilkinson, having served 20 years in prison for a murder he has consistently protested he did not commit, deserves justice on the following counts:

1. Had he admitted guilt, it is likely he would have been a free man by now. Perversely, his insistence on his innocence seemingly counts against him.

2. He is still a Category A prisoner. He has received little or no recognition from the Prison Service for his educational achievements or for successfully transforming himself from a man overcome by fury and desperation into a determined but reasonable and civilised human being under circumstances in which such characteristics are not easily fostered.

frank was kind enough to write to me after my son died in frankland segregqation unit. I have never forgotten that kindness. I believe that there should be a law that allows lifer prisoners to be automatically released when their tariff is reached, unless

Yet another miscarriage of justice. Frank Wilkinson has done his time even if it was time he should not have served. The British Justice system used to be said to be the best in the world, now it borders on being one of the worst., Frank should be release

I have suffered a miscarriage of justice myself and I continue to be punished for a crime I did not commit. Frank is an inspiration and I back him all the way in his fight for justice.
