Helping the Disabled Children and Adults sign now

To people all across the world:

Imagine being a disabled parent, with a disabled child. The struggles of every day life. Imagine being disabled and be shunned from the world. Afraid to leave your home. For you know people are going to look at you differently and whisper behind your back. A disabled mother who sits at home and worries if her daughter will come home crying today. Because she was teased at school for being different then the other kids.

The United States is spending trillions of dollars on a war in the Middle East. A war that has killed thousands of peoples from all sides. We have people in America who are homeless and can not get a job. We have social service, red cross, Lutheran Social Service and Catholic Charities to name a few groups who are suppose to be there to help people in desperate situations. The sad part is, people support these charities all the time. Yet when a person contacts one of these places for assistance. They are told they do not qualify. Only certain people qualify. Being disabled does not qualify you for any emergency assistance.

That is why I am hosting this petition. I want you to sign this petition and pledge your financial help. There is a mother who is disable and her young daughter is also disabled. The mother went through a life threatening surgery, that has left her unable to work. She is now on temporary disability. Her home owners insurance would no longer insure her home because the shingles on her home are old. They gave her one month to replace the shingles. This was in the winter and she was very ill and could not afford to shingle her home. She contacted agencies, and she was told she did not qualify. So her finance company insured her home for her. This raised her house payment. She was paying $200.00 a month more. She could not afford the house payments now. Her home was foreclosed on. She found a company who would give her a new loan to buy back her home. At the last minute they backed out. On September 15, the sheriff will be evicting her daughter and herself from the home. Due to her illness and the finance company backing out at the last minute she can not find a home. Or get all of her things moved. She has no were to go. No family, no one. I left town, so I can not help her look and move.

Here we have a women who worked hard all her life, supported her daughter on her own. Bought a house and lived a happy but simple life. Until this disease took over and surgery was needed. That has left her unable to work at this time. This women always believed in helping others out. She gave so much of her self, time and money when she could to make a difference to help others. Now when she is down on her luck. No one will help her out.

You are probably now asking how I know this. She is a friend who has always been their for me.

I called her last night. She cried as she told me about the foreclosure and how the financing fell through. She said her daughter finally met some new kids at school and in the neighborhood.. Her daughter was happy and for the first time enjoyed school. If I had all the money, I would give it to her.

Every little bit helps. Even if it is only one or two dollars. It all adds. Do not think a dollar will not make a difference. It can make all the difference in the world.

She needs to come up with $90,000, by Sept 14 or she will be evicted by the Sheriff on the 15. I know this is short notice. She only found out yesterday. The mortgage company who was giving her the loan backed out.

Please make a donation of any size and sign this petition By signing this petition you are agreeing to help this mother and her young daughter stay in their home.

This is not a scam. You can send your donation to the Law office handling the foreclosed home. If we all chip in make a small donation. We can make a difference. Also by signing this petition we can prove to these non profit agencies who claim to help. That we are stronger then they are, and in the end we pull through with results. Results they claim, but never come forward with.
