Halloween 9 Prequel Petition sign now

I, fan of the Halloween movies...am strongly opposed to making a prequel about Michael Myers and highly object to the writer of Halloween 9 writing this film. Jake Wade Wall doesn't know anything about the series and said in an interview and I quote "So would Jamie she Lee Curtis be involved in the new movie? "No. Didn't she get her head chopped off or something in the last one? What I wanted to do was to say, forget about all of those old characters. This is about Michael. There will be new characters new kids. And it will be set around Michael's real home 'Smith's Grove', which is where the asylum was, some 150 miles away from Haddonfield."

He didn't even know how the MAIN character next to Michael himself died! We demand a new script, a new writer and a new idea! We also request that the studio get in touch with the official HalloweenMovies.com message board and read up on what the fans really want. If this is getting towards the end of the last Halloween movies, the Fans want the closure they deserve and don't want their opinions about the film(s) ignored. We ask that the company seek out our ideas and make a film the fans will be proud of, just come to the message board.
