Global Campaign for Education sign now

10 years have passed since Ireland adopted the Millennium Development Goals. As part of these goals, Ireland must spend 8\% of all its overseas aid on basic education for all. Education is a fundamental human right, and must be provided for all the worlds citizens. Sign this petition, and show our leaders your support for the Global Campaign for Education.
We, the undersigned, are concerned citizens who urge our leaders to act now to ensure that 8\% of overseas aid is spent on education by 2015.

I strongly agree with this petition. In spite of the many problems facing our own country today, education of ourselves and others is still as important as ever. I get to attend a third level institution free of charge and it saddens me that others do not
