Give Reese Anderson a Fair Retrial sign now

REQUEST FOR A RETRIAL FOR REESE ANDERSON

This petition is to request to Judge Conner for a retrial or appeal for Reese Anderson. This retrial will help Reese to get a fair trial and so he won't have to spend 8 years in prison. There is a possibility that he can get rehab instead.

Reese was on a high dose of paxel. This paxel does him no good, this medication has made him vilont and made him have anger outburst. Reese was on zoloft, then they put him on paxel. This medication has caused Reese to do things and say things he did not know what he was doing and saying.

Reese suffers from depression, biplo, panic attacks and a mild case of learning disability and adhd. Reese tried to escape twice and assulted a guard and inmate by fighting them and choking them. Reese freaked out and said he was going to kill them. He did use a lot of curse words to the staff.

The court has said he belongs in a prison or a mental hospital. Both of these will do no good.
Reese was arrested back in September 2004, and had a trial afterwards and was found guilty for attempted murder to a 15 year old by slamming his head into the concreate, he had drugs and a knife planted in his back pack, he cut a boy in the arm, breaking his probation and calling the boys a nigger and said kill.

What happened was Reese was walking home from a school detention. Three black boys approached Reese and demanded money. Reese replied he had none. The boys started picking on him, calling him white boy and other vulger words and they said he was going to die cause he had no money and cause he is white. They pushed him. Reese warned them to stop, and when they didn't thats what set Reese off to a rage. Then a fight broke out. Reese started using martial arts on the boys. The boys did same thing. Actually they call it street fighting. These 3 boys were in a gang. One boy attacked Reese with a knife and Reese kicked the knife out of the hand and got it and cut the boy's arm. The 15 year old kicked Reese in the back, Reese got up and slammed him to the sidewalk and caused the boy to have brain damage. The other boy took a knife and cut Reese's neck. Then 2 boys kicked Reese, till cops came and they started to fled.

The boys put drugs and a knife in his back pack. Since Reese is 18 years old and he took on 3 minors, Reese pretty much got the big blame, also cause Reese did have a past drug charge and vilonce record. The boy who stabbed Reese is in jail for attempted murder and another charge before this one.
After Reese gets out in 8 yrears, he will be on house arrest for a year and might go to a mental hospital.

Let's not let see Reese suffer any longer in prison. His lawer Susan will be doing this retrial for free. She knows Reese from the past. She believes with the staff giving Reese paxel and zoloft day after day, it caused Reese to act up in the jail. These guards were abusive to Reese.
