It is hereby petitioned that the the lawful operation of the web domain http://www.getdare.com [United States Based and Hosted] and all sub-pages therein abide by FCC rules and regulations regarding the safety and protection of children under eighteen years of age.

This petitions sole purpose is to allow members of the web domain getDare.com [http://www.getdare.com] and members of all sub-pages therein between the ages of thirteen and eighteen to join and participate actively.

getDare.com [http://www.getdare.com] and all sub-pages therein hereby lawfully operates under the Open Internet policy as regulated by the Federal Communications Commission.

"The FCC is focused on ensuring that every American has access to open and robust high-speed Internet service. The open Internet uses free, publicly available standards that anyone can access and build to, and treats all traffic that flows across the network in roughly the same way.

Consumers can make their own choices about what applications and services to use and are free to decide what lawful content they want to access, create, or share with others. More so we petition and demand it as our lawful right to actively participate and join the web domain getDare.com [http://www.getdare.com] and all sub-pages therein; by declaration of "Preserving the Open Internet" policy as regulated by the Federal Communications Commission; subsection iii which clearly states:

"iii. No unreasonable discrimination.

Fixed broadband providers may not unreasonably discriminate in transmitting lawful network traffic. We believe these rules, applied with the complementary principle of reasonable network management, will empower and protect consumers and innovators while helping ensure that the Internet continues to flourish, with robust private investment and rapid innovation at both the core and the edge of the network. This is consistent with the National Broadband Plan goal of broadband access that is ubiquitous and fast, promoting the global competitiveness of the United States."
