British Telecom actually provides a very horrible quality of service, with lot of disruption. When you need to contact them for getting your problem fixed, you'll be forwarded from a team to another one for hours, charged of course, even if it's obvious BT mistake.





The petition is claiming for:


One single and responsible contact in BT when you get an issue


Refund of all charges when it's a BT mistake


For all duration of disruption, BT to refund customer of his monthly charge


Engagement from BT to solve issues in less than 72 hours.
