Fix WoW Shamans sign now

Dear Blizzard Entertainment,

You have produced very attractive product that over seven million people enjoy every day. You have gone above and beyond in almost every product that you have created in the past, and you are generally held to a high standard. However, thousands of your paying customers have been left feeling ignored, frustrated, and even angry due to not being heard for over two years now. You have promised change for many of us and have not delivered in this time. Now is the time for that change.

Since the release of your vastly successful game, World of Warcraft, shamans have pleaded for completion of features such as the totem UI, and it has fallen on deaf ears. During the recent weeks prior to the release of version 2.0.1 many shamans both from the closed beta and player test realms spoke up against the proposed changes to the shaman class. It was reported from the players that your developers were interacting with that the changes made it nearly impossible to play the class on the level that other classes now play on. Every other class was made more powerful for their respective paying customers, while the shaman class was not only left behind, but was made weaker. To top that, it appears as though no thought went into the process of designing the shaman talent trees or the talents themselves.

We as a community of paying customers are asking that you finally hold true to your word and fix our class. You have already started losing players who have put over a thousand hours into their shamans because they are now completely ruined. With the horrendous change made to our primary attack power buff, we now deal a little more than half of the damage that we used to. If we wish to deal the damage that we dealt before we are required to remove our shields and waste points on a new talent. Our new abilities in the other trees have problems as well, such as Stormstrike, although I personally have no experience with it.

Now we get word that the one talent that we gained in the 2.0.1 is being severely weakened in your current beta. This is from your beta testers, not some child starting rumors. We are having problems now, and you are already discussing ways to make us less viable in any way shape or form. You also have not addressed the long-standing issue of the totem UI or the new horrible weapon buffing spell. This is unacceptable for people who pay you to relax after work or school.

It is time that you supported those who are paying your bills. You have turned our fun and relaxation into a very stressful environment due to poor planning and implementation of new features. Dozens of better solutions to these problems have been posted on your very own shaman forum, but after viewing numerous pages of suggestions, pleas for help, and angry outbursts, not a single Blizzard employee has made a post, replied, or taken any action whatsoever. It has been stated in interviews with your company that you don't even pay attention to this specific forum, and are in effect ignoring the people who are paying you for a service that is failing.

In conclusion, the entire shaman community is now asking you to fix the damage that has been done to the entertainment that we are paying you for and to implement the features that have been promised time and again since the release of the game. The longer you put this off, the harder it will be to repair the damage. You are making millions every month, and it's time to put some of it back into the community that has been faithful to you for over two years now. Hire some more help if you need it, but give your customers what they are paying for.
