FCC to sis and desist any further action and to withdraw it's request for the supreme court to further review the events of the Super Bowl year 2004 against Janet Jackson, Viacom and CBS sign now

We the people are taking this time to petition the FCC to sis and desist any further action and to withdraw it's request for the supreme court to further review the events of the Super Bowl year 2004 against Janet Jackson, Viacom and CBS. The FCC is over reacting and we demand that it stops NOW there are other issues at stake that we would like out tax dollars wasted on and this is not one of them. By signing this petition we the people are agreeing that we didn't find the actions of Janet Jackson and Justin Timberlake indecent (not decent: as a: grossly improper or offensive, unseemly or inappropriate) as you are claiming there action where. In File no. 200432080212 Section II part 15 you state "Based upon the preceding analysis, we find, in context, that the exposure of Ms. Jackson's breast was apparently indecent, and, therefore, is legally actionable.46 By airing this material, the licensee of each of the CBS Network Stations apparently violated the prohibitions in 18 U.S.C. 1464 and section 73.3999 of the Commission's rules, the rule against broadcast indecency." but in the CRS Report for congress in CRS 11 continuing on CRS 12 you stated that "The Commission found that the performance in question was both explicit and graphic, and rejected the licensees contention that since the exposure was fleeting, lasting only 19/32 of a second, it should not be deemed indecent." Which in turn would mean that Janet Jackson, Justin Timberlake, Viacom, CBS are in no violation of the Indecency laws that are in effect from 10pm-6am. Also in both reports the FCC states "In determining whether the material in question was intended to pander to, titillate and shock the viewing audience, the Commission noted that the performers breast was exposed after another performer sang, gonna have you naked by the end of this song.76 The Commission found that the song lyrics, coupled with simulated sexual activities during the performance and the exposure of the breast, indicated that the purpose of the performance was to pander to, titillate and shock the audience, and the fact that the actual exposure of the breast was brief, as noted above, was not dispositive.77" We believe that the FCC has not proven it's theory that the performance was intended to pander to, titillate and shock the viewing audience, the clothing that Janet Jackson was wearing was not inspected by the FCC or third party after the performance to see if the red lace was suppose to remain in tack as Janet Jackson stated in turn would not have caused a "pander to, titillate and shock the viewing audience" because her breast would not have been exposed the red lace would of covered it. Taking into any type of consideration that Justin Timberlake stated "I will have you naked by the end of this song" is in violation of first amendment. In regards to simulated sexual activities during the performance everyone in the entire world knows that Janet Jackson and Justin Timberlake performances are for a mature audience so as far as we the people are concern that also is not "pander to, titillate and shock the viewing audience". Due to the timing of all the events we believe that this is more of a personal matter then anything else Chairman Michael Powell released a statement DOC-243435A1 stating that I am outraged at what I saw during the halftime show of the Super Bowl. Like millions of Americans, my family and I gathered around the television for a celebration. Instead, that celebration was tainted by a classless, crass and deplorable stunt. Our nations children, parents and citizens deserve better. I have instructed the Commission to open an immediate investigation into last nights broadcast. Our investigation will be thorough and swift. Which tell us that Mr. Powell took personal offense and didnt wait or care to see if it bothered the millions of other viewers that where watching the broadcast since it is he that initiated the investigation not complaints from the viewers which is clearly stated in his statement. I believe out of the millions of viewers that were watching the half-time show the FCC only received complaints from less the 5\% of viewers. The FCC is pushing the above issue after 4 almost 5 years but every day I have to see and commercial for a pregnancy test with water running over the stick and the narrator stating it will be the best stick you will ever pee on.
