The petition is for Foster City, CA 94403 or 94404 to turn into employee rights business law:
Any employee earning minimum wage up to $10.00 above current minimum wage (Minimum wage per hour + $10.00), including monthly and yearly equivalent has the right to know:
1. Current schedule, shift, and job assigned.
2. Any schedule changes the employee shall be notified a minimum of one business week. Unless, an employee has a medical emergency, family emergency, or medical appointment.
3. Any work schedule changes during the same day or three days, the replacing employee needs to know the reason, without details: medical emergency, medical appointment, or family emergency.
4. A new schedule will be posted, with the old one included.
