Is Tata indicom broadband service good ? .....

This petition I am raising from all those friends who are sufering from the




Tata indicom broadband service. This is for consumer awareness.

My story:









I have taken 128 Kbps unlimited postpaid broad band connection. The connection was installed on Dec 21 2006. I have taken the scheme by paying Rs 3592/- as an advance for 4 months.

I made a complaint for slow link on Dec 25th 2006 (1315598). It was not taken care. I made several complaints after that nothing was done from Tataindicom broaband to fix that.




Since Jan 12 the broadband connection is down. I have made several calls to the customer care since then for the same. Please find the list of complain numbers

Customer care executive assured me that the problem will be solved in 24 hrs but its now more then a 10 days and I was told that I will get a call from the technical team. I have not received any update from them till date. And Customer care executives have not given a deadline when the problem will be fixed. It seems that company is not interested in taking care of complaints. I have made call every day to the CC since then every day the CC executive will say "they will personaly take care of my problem and will make sure my problem will get fixed". I have even written many mails to [email protected] but NO REPLY. I have spent enough time and money in chasing this issue to have it fixed.




Today on Jan 23 they have sent me a bill for the whole month.I requested the CC to revert the charges for the down period ,they said that they will do for the cases when there is wire cut or no link cases.









I don't have any more patience and I have completely lost faith in them.




I have not received the service for which I have made payments. It's not even a month since I have taken Tata indicom broadband connection.




I have requested the compnay to kindly reimburse the total amount and disconnect the connection under these cricumstances. They are not reimbursing my money. Infact no one from the company has contacted me till date.
