Crack is Crack Federal or State sign now

We the inmates in "State" prison, for crack-related crimes, the same substance as those in "Federal" prison, should have our sentences reduced, due to the new law, which brought the penalties for the drug,(Crack Cocaine) closely in line with those for "powdered cocaine".We are guilty for possessing the same drug that the federal inmates possessed, as well, as being well over sentenced, for possession,"2grams" of "crack cocaine", because of a habitual felony "status", one could get 8 to 10 years in prison, bringing their, truthfully, misdemeanor 1 crime to a Class I or H felony, then, applying the "Habitual Felon Status",enhancing the crime to a class C felony,(murder, rape, burglary, robbery, firearm by felon, violent crimes.)We,our friends and family feel that everyone who is in violation of ever possessing crack or cocaine should benefit from this new law, not just "Federal" inmates, It is the same drug, and we even have less of the drug with outstanding prison sentences. Why not treat everyone the same with the same retroactive reductions Federal and State inmates for possessing the same substance."Crack is Crack" even with the retroactive reduction, no matter who possess it.
