Joymax Co. Ltd

Dear Mr. Jeon,

In April 10th, 1997, a new company was born. A company that had a clear vision of what it wanted and knew how to achieve the many goals it had set for itself.

It saddens me, and thousands of other loyal customers how these visions were lost in a world where money-driven companies have betrayed the trust and respect of its users.

I would like you, Mr. Jeon, to review the Joymax Vision and the Core Values that characterized Joymax 10 years ago, and realize how these violate the current situation with your popular online game: Silkroad Online.

I am sure you know exactly what I mean, and agree that with Joymax's attitude, your "mission to become the leader in global entertainment" will fail without a doubt.

How can Joymax claim that it "pursues the absolute satisfaction of [its] employees and customers" when hundreds of thousands of its users remain ignored throughout the years?. The lack of presence in the International Silkroad Online Community has severely impacted the gaming experience in the worst way, especially when Joymax "aims to provide top quality services and products GUIDED BY A CUSTOMER ORIENTED PHILOSOPHY THAT PUTS US (the customers) FIRST" but does not show the least respect for its customers?

You made a pledge to "do your best efforts to maximize our joy and gaming experience", and you have failed to keep that pledge.

This letter, or petition, is to try to convince you that Joymax needs to look at itself, and redefine its business model, core values, and mission. You still have the chance to change Joymax for the better, not only for the company, but for the potential amazing community it could create.

What we are asking, first, is for the total ban of third party software (mostly bots) that flood the server with traffic by implementing security solutions like GameGuard. Secondly, we also demand the presence of GMs (Game Masters) to provide better service to us, the paying customers.

We know its in your power to turn Silkroad Online to a game that we can actually refer other people to, even if it means extreme measures (deleting every single character & refund customers for silk not spent).

We do not approve bots of any sort, and want them gone.

We also hope that you find it in you to give Joymax a chance to improve its image and finally give the customers a game that will give maximum joy to people all around the world.
