Better Treatment of IPS Customers and Volunteers sign now

As a current license holder, I believe I have the right to access IPSBeyond, just like all other paying members. Therefore,

Part One: All fully licensed owners of an Invision Power Board license shall be granted access to IPSBeyond, regardless of whether a support status is held. I, as a writer of modifications for IPB should be allowed to view my own support topic. Just because I didnt pay $30 for the extended support shouldnt mean I cant support people who use my modifications! And why do I have pay for unofficial support anyway? I dont want the IPS official support. I just want access to IPSBeyond so I can participate in conversations. I could have easily found an illegal version of IPB to use, but I didn't. I paid for my license, so I should be rewarded, just like everybody else.

Even if you are under a support license right now, sign this petition. What happens when yours runs out and you lose access to IPSBeyond, but you are still 100\% licensed? You will be stuck just like me. It makes no sense. In addition, IPS should be able to take constructive criticism, which leads to:

Part Two: Management and representatives of IPS should respond to issues like this promptly. This is a real problem, and IPS doesnt seem to take criticism very well. So respond to this petition and grant access to all licensed users of IPB, regardless if they paid $30 for a support extension.

Not only does IPS fail to manage their customers very well, but they also dont appreciate their staff members. So:

Part Three: Management of IPS should respect and appreciate the people who volunteer their time for IPSBeyond and should be rewarded with something. Not only have no real rewards been given out, but there seems to be a lack of real appreciation. (This petition is hereby also undersigned by an anonymous staff member at IPSBeyond). Article 1 is hereby entered as a quote from the undersigned IPSB staff member.

So, please, reorganize the way you handle customers, or very soon, there wont be any customers to handle.

"I am getting tired of them more and more by the day.
Never have I been thanked for helping them with anything. All of them, staff, management are poor moderators, I don't care who is a developer and working on 2.2. especially since all of them are even the volunteers which are now real staff members with other access to the client center or even admin cp of ipsbeyond.
The only reason I even stay there is for ipsbeyond access and to beta test their download system that will most likely be a rip-off too, the scary part is that they are offering beta testers free perpetual licenses for it, but as usual they are too cheap by making sure it will be fully unsupported when a ticket is submitted by us."
