In recent days Amazon.com has been the focus of many problems. These problems include bait & switch tactics against the consumer, "pricing mistakes" that they are unwilling to honor, and retro-charging to compensate for their mistakes, amongst other things. The customer service reps each have their own story and it seems that no one at amazon.com is proving to be any help to US the consumer. This petition has been designed to urge amazon.com to rectify their mistakes by fulfilling their customers orders at the quoted prices at the time of check out. Also, for the people who have recieved their orders, not have retro-charging or shipping back orders at their expense with a restocking fee. THIS WAS AMAZON.COM's MISTAKE NOT US, THE CONSUMER, AND WE SHOULD NOT HAVE TO PAY FOR THEIR MISTAKES! I encourage anyone who feels like this "error" was not justified to please sign and/or boycott buying from amazon.com until these "mistakes" have been properly taken care of! Thanks for reading!
