African Reparations in the International Court of Justice sign now

We, the Undersigned, support having at least one nation that has acceded to or ratified the United Nations Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide sponsor lawsuits against the United States and other nations in the International Court of Justice for the international genocide, enslavement, and colonization of people of African descent. The reparations lawsuits seeking sponsorship are three cases that have exhausted domestic remedies in the U.S. courts: Shelly England Lucas v. CIA et al, (U.S. Supreme Court docket number 00-683); Anita E. Belle & Kweli Baraka Belle v. FBI et al, (U.S. Supreme Court docket number 02-9357); and Anita E. Belle v. United States et al, (U.S. Supreme Court docket number 02-8509).

We believe the sponsorship of reparations case in the world court is an urgent and peaceful alternative to world war. Specifically, the reparations cases allege that the ancient and indigenous people of the land now called Israel and/or Palestine, both the people formerly known as the Israelites and the Canaanites, were members of the racial group now known as black. The reparation cases allege that the indigenous people were forced into exile and dispersed throughout the African continent, many later becoming enslaved and brought to the Americas. It is further alleged that modern-day blacks can prove their descent to the ancient Israelites via genetic testing. The land belonging to the displaced indigenous people has been the object of possession of one or another group of white invaders centuries before the Crusades, since the time of Greeces Alexander the Great. The displaced, indigenous people therefore denounce the bloodshed and terrorism by each set of white invaders/crusaders upon the other. It is proposed that granting justice to the displaced, indigenous people of the disputed region would avert another world war. Accordingly, we seek the assistance of the Working Group on the Implementation of the Durban Declaration and Programme of Action in encouraging a nation to sponsor these reparation cases in the world court.

We further support having the Special Representative of the Secretary-General on Human Rights Defenders employ legal and/or diplomatic means to secure the political asylum of Anita E. Belle, a U.S. citizen of African descent, in Canada or some other safe haven. It is alleged that freemasons acting as agents for the U.S. Governments COINTELPRO (counter-intelligence program) targeted Belle and her family to disbar (Belle v. Florida Bar, U.S. Supreme Court docket number 03-6857), conduct surveillance, sabotage, and retaliate against Belle for pursuing the above-mentioned human rights cases and for representing plaintiffs in the Nicaraguan Contras Narcotics Trafficking Litigation, MDL 1331 in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Florida-Gainesville Division. We also support having the Special Representative work with the U.S. Government to insure that Belles family, supporters, and members of the International Reparations Litigation Fund are no longer persecuted or otherwise deprived of their civil and human rights.

We solemnly protest the United States Governments mistreatment of non-violent human rights defenders/whistleblowers such as former attorney Anita E. Belle. We therefore petition the U.S. Congress exercise its constitutional power to impeach biased federal judges; enact legislation that requires judges, lawyers, litigants, law enforcement officers, clerks of court, potential jurors, and other court personnel to disclose their Masonic affiliation; enact legislation that specifically broadens the Freedom of Information Act (5 U.S.C. 552) to permit disclosure of public officers and political candidates federal records pertaining to crimes and/or suspicious activity; and re-propose the 13th, 14th, and 15th Amendments to the U.S. Constitution so as to correct the legal flaws that cloud the constitutional validity of these amendments.
