Nós, moradores e amigos do Morro Santa Marta abaixo-assinados, viemos pedir urgência no trâmite de legalização da Rádio Santa Marta. Reconhecemos a Rádio como um meio de comunicação comunitário, sem nenhum fim lucrativo, que há oito meses vêm cumprindo a função social de informar e entreter a favela do
Santa Marta com conteúdo produzido pelos próprios moradores.

Solicitamos a devolução do transmissor apreendido, e a imediata volta da transmissão por rádio frequência, para que possamos gozar por completo de nosso direito de liberdade de expressão.
