A Artisan for Judicial reform sign now

We the people of the United States of America, including individuals, persons, those free as a Sovereign, and those made free by privilage of the state and Federal governments do hereby petition both houses to evaluate and conclude the neccesitate need of Judicial reformation on the Constitutional level, whereas to provide for the voice of the people in all Judicial appointments, that the type of appointments of all Judges be as according to the level of authority,be concluded upon by votes of local elections.
Also as to the Supreme court of the United States of America that the numbers of such Supreme court Justices be increased based upon population of each of the several states, and those Supreme court Justices be voted for by the population in which are legal as according to the United States Constitution of the particular state.
Currently it is an outrage that 9 Supreme court Justices decide the fate of hundreds of millions of legal Sovereigns, and citizans of the state and Federal governments.
It is important to note that when the United States Constitution was originally drafted there were but 13 states, and a few million people combined, due to the increase of the population, and additional states joining the Union it requires that the people adjust for such an occurrance so as to protect the majority of the people and their rights of self governing.
Currently within a Federalist nation we are manipulated into beleiving that we are a democracy, and with such democracy are there Freedoms.
It is important to realise that Democracy is a standard of living set by society for society,we are also a capitalistic nation in which requires differant classes of people in order for capitialism to thrive, amongst those classes are those impoverished lower class, the middle class and the upper class.
while there can be no arguement that those whom belong to each of the three classes are indeed treated equally within that class, those whom are disadvantaged particulary the impoverished class are often nearly vanished without hope.
It is only befitting that within the realms of the nuetrality of all disputes the Judicial forum provides the essential protections to all classes equally, that the majority sets forth the rules rather than the 1\% of society whom holds all of the wealth, least we all be victims of the gordian knot.
Additionally in the matters of private and social lives of the people be reserved by votes of the people rather than such involvment being on the judicial level, indeed there are some instances whereas the Judicial forum cannot adjudge equally without infringing a right in such matters, and in such situations it is best left in the hands of the people.
Freedoms are that in which are to be had,as well as privilages, but it is also clear that unalienable rights allow access to such privilages, and to such Liberties without enumerating them or summing them up for any particular cause,as has been done under affirmitive action and associated programs, which is a blatant Congressional disregard of the Constitution of the United States of America.
