96.5 The Buzz V. Senate Bill 32 sign now

We the undersigned believe that Senate Bill 32 is unconstitutional and a precursor to an oppressive government. Free people have the right to spend their money on legal activities without being unduly taxed. We reject this and all attempts to legislate morality.

Please read Senate Bill 32 here http://www.senate.mo.gov/05info/bts_web/Bill.aspx?SessionType=R&BillID=41

I believe "sin" taxes are slanted towards taxing poorer groups of people. While things like alcohol, cigarettes, and adult industry cravings are shared interests by all socio-economic groups of people, studies show that these are most prevelent activities

Where does he get off comming up with a bill like that, honestly I am sure the man has seen at least one porn and been to at least one strip club. There are better and more important issues for him and the rest of the government to spend their time on.

Government is meant to keep things civil and fair, not to be used as a tool to manipulate people. We aren't lemmings, let us have our rights.
